2. Enter your email address in the first text box.

    3. Click on "Forgot My Password" button on the main page of the web app.

    4. You will see the following message:

    5. Enter the email message you received in your mail box and click on "Reset
        Password".
        *If nothing happens or a blank page opens up look here.

    6. The pHi-Tech web app will open up in your browser.
        Choose a new password and enter it twice.

    7. Click on the Submit button.

    8. You will see the following message:

    9. Click on "Go back to home page" to log in to your pHi-Tech account with the new
        password.
