The pHi-Tech system has the ability to measure the temperature of the vaccine as it goes through the vaccine tubes.
When will I get the notification?
You will get the notification if the vaccine's temperature is too low, meaning under the required temperature that is defined in the vaccine's details in the Mobile App.
Types of Notifications
Control Unit
The Control Unit will display a message and an icon which will give you an indication of where the problem is, in the Primary or secondary Control Unit.
You will also see an orange light indication.
The message will display for 20 seconds before it disappears.
You can also press the OK button to dismiss it:
Hand Unit
The Hand Unit will show an orange light indication. The orange light will disappear together with the display notification.
