Click on the 'Operator Management' tab in the top panel.
2. Click on the 'Create Operator' button.
3. In the new line that opens up, fill in the new Operator's name.
By default the Operator's status will be active.
4. Click on the check mark icon to Save.
5. You will see the new Operator was added to the list.
