Click on the 'Vaccination' tab in the top ruler.
2. Click on the 'Create Vaccination' button.
3. Fill in the Vaccine template Name, Vaccine Name, Provider, Bottle Volume and
Dosage.
4. Click on the Create button.
Note that the button will be enabled until all the details are filled in.
5. You will see the new vaccine in the list.
