Click on the 'Vaccination' tab in the top ruler.
Click on the 'pencil' icon in the raw of the Vaccination which you would like to
edit.
3. Edit the details in the Vaccine details box that opens up.
4. Click on the Save button.
*The Save button will be enabled only after you make changes.
