Reset bottle

Reset the bottle volume from the Mobile App

If you are in the middle of the vaccination event and you are switching a bottle it is recommended to reset the bottle volume in order to continue getting the Bottle Empty Notifications. This can be done very quickly through the Control Unit or the Mobile App.

  1. Click on the device you would like to reset the bottle for.

2. Click on the Send button.

3. Choose which bottle you would like to reset.

Both bottles are checked by default. If you do not want to reset one of them just uncheck the box.

4. Click Apply.

5. Wait for the 2 check marks to insure the information was synchronized to the device.

  • If your sending a new vaccination program with the same used bottles you can uncheck the reset bottles option.
