When will I get the notification?
This notification will appear if the optical sensor is damaged.
That error will not allow you to continue working and require the device's shutdown.
Types of Notifications
Control Unit
The Control Unit will display a message if there is an issue with the optical sensor:
Hand Unit
The Hand Unit will show a red light indication.
Mobile App

You probably have an issue with the connections of the sensor and it needs to be replaced.
