When creating a new pHi-Tech user account, the following information must be provided:

Operator Name
This field can be used to represent real operators' names or aliases, for example:

This field, by default, will include the device serial number or can be edited to alias, for example:

Location Address (can be geo-coded via one-time address auto-complete or GPS coordinates)
There are three location hierarchies:
Top location - e.g., farm
Section - e.g., chicken house inside a farm
Sub-section - e.g., flock identification

Vaccines
The administrator can define the following parameters:

These fields can be used to represent real vaccination information, or aliases, for example:
Bottle volume, dosage, min and max temperatures must represent a real value as these will be sent to the device to provide the correct vaccination dosage and alerts.
Vaccination programs
The administrator and managers in the field can configure the pHi-Tech device by associating all of the above details to specific devices via the pHi-Tech mobile application:

In addition, the following information will be confirmed by the user when setting up the vaccination program:
Vaccine batch number
Device mode (injection speed, adjuvant work mode)
Injection mode (automatic, manual)
Injection site (physical injection location) - optional

These fields can be used to represent real vaccination information, or aliases, for example:
Device-collected data
The pHi-Tech device will automatically collect the following data:
Date
Time
Number of injections
Number of operator errors
Calculated injection rate
Average injection temperature
Device name
Device unique ID (of the control units and hand unit)
Software version (on the control units and hand unit)
System notifications and alerts- specific alerts presented to the operators and collected by the mobile application, e.g., cleaning required, low-temperature alert, etc.
This information will be automatically associated with the vaccination programs (as defined above).

Intercom
Our system use third-party analytics services to help understand the usage of our service. In particular, we provide a limited amount of your personal data (such as your email address and sign-up date to Intercom, Inc. (“Intercom”) and utilize Intercom to collect data for analytics purposes when you use our web and mobile applications. Intercom analyzes your use of our system and tracks our relationship so that we can improve our service to you. We may also use Intercom as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within our apps.

Our services are partly based on the use of cookies. These are used to make our services more user-friendly, effective, and safe. A cookie is a small data file that is transmitted to your device when you use our services. A cookie can only hold information that we have sent to your device.
