'Bad sync' error in the Mobile App

The 'Bad sync' red ribbon can appear for a few reasons:

  1. No Internet connection.

  2. No Bluetooth connection.

  3. Server problem.

Please check you have internet access either by a data plan or WiFi.
Please check your Bluetooth mode is on.
After the above, log out of your pHi-Tech account and then log back in.
