I did not receive a Reset Password email

Reset Password triggered by an administrator in the Web App

If after a few minutes you still haven't received a Reset Password email, please follow the next steps:

  1. Verify with your administrator that your email address is correct.  

  2. Check the spam folder in your mail box (Look here for instructions).

  3. Check with your administrator that he clicked on "Reset Password" in your user settings.

  4. Ask your administrator to re click on "Reset Password" in your user settings .

  5. You can reset your password on your own by clicking on "Forgot My Password".
