Can't log in to the Web App

1. Make sure you are using the correct username and password.

2. If your user has just been created, you must first confirm the verification e-mail in your inbox.

3. If you have forgotten your Login information, follow the “Forgot My Password” step.

  • The Administrator might have deleted your account access or changed your status to Inactive. In this case, you will not be able to log into your account.
    Please confirm with your Administrator- Enable\disble user.
