Login failed

I am not able to log in using my username to the Mobile App

Please follow these next steps:

  1. Verify you have entered correctly your username and password.

  2. Verify there is a stable Internet connection on your mobile phone.

  1. If your user has just been created, you must first confirm the verification e-mail in your inbox.

  2. If you have forgotten your Login details, follow the “Forgot My Password” step.

  3. Verify your user was not disabled / deleted by an Administrator.
    Please confirm it with the owner of the account- Enable\disble user.
