When a user opens the pHi-Tech mobile app with very bad internet connectivity, he will receive a red banner on the top screen saying" "Poor network connection".

In this situation, the user can communicate with the pHi-Tech devices but not necessarily synchronize the data to the cloud and back.

Once we succeed in syncing the data to the cloud, the banner will disappear even if there is still bad connectivity.

When working in areas with a bad internet connection, you can shut down the wi-fi and work without the internet at all. At the end of the day, collect all the data form the device and when you go to a place with internet connectivity, open the pHi-Tech app and synchronize all the data to the cloud.
