This status means the mobile application is not communicating with any pHi-Tech devices.

  1. Make sure the battery is charged and the device is turned on.

  2. Make sure you are close enough to the devices to let the mobile application communicate with them.

  3. Make sure the Bluetooth and location services (only in Android) are turned on.

Make sure the application is communicating with the device. (you will see the green icon and the words 'Just now' on the device's card).

Once you are communicating you can go and collect data.
