Collecting data returns with 'device disconnected'

This status means the mobile application has been connected to the device but is not anymore.

  1. Make sure the battery is charged and the device is turned on.

  2. Try killing the application and reopening it.

  3. If there is still no communication, shut down the device and turn it back on.

    Make sure the application is communicating with the device. (you will see the green icon and the words 'Just now' on the device's card).

    After you are communicating with the device, click on the 'collect data' button.
