This can happen if you took the Control Unit's battery out without shutting down the device first. Please make sure to always shut down the device before taking the battery out.
Another option is that a different user in your account already collected the data, then it will be on his Mobile Application until he uploads it to the cloud.
Or perhaps no injections were done?
