If you are you might be asked by the help center to send a log.. The log has details for our programmers that can help led them to the source of the error.
How can you send a log?
Press on the Menu icon on the top left.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Roll down to the "Send Log" button and click on it.
4. Wait for the "Log upload succeeded" message at the top of the screen.
If after a few seconds it does not appear, please press the "Send log" button again.
