Verify a proper connection of the vaccine tube between the hand unit to the control unit.

Please pay attention:

The vaccine tube from the primary control unit should be connected to Port A on the Hand Unit.

If you have a dual system configuration- the tube from the secondary control unit should be connected to Port B on the Hand Unit.

Verify a proper connection of the injection head.

Verify a proper communication cable connection between the hand unit and the control unit.

Verify you are fully pressing the hand unit trigger.
