If during an injection event, you see leakage from a port in the hand unit,
you probably have small cracks on the edge of the tube.
You need to ensure the tube from the control unit to the hand unit is sealing well inside the metal quick connector.
Please follow these steps:
Turn off the control unit and disconnect the hard plastic tube from the hand unit port that is leaking.
Trim off a small part of the edge of the tube:
Reconnect the vaccine tube to the port on the hand unit and try injecting.
