When will I get the notification?
When high pressure is detected in the system, it isn't any of the other issues.
The device will try to release pressure and return to the home position.
If it can’t, the following message will appear:
High-Pressure Partial blockage Check needle, pump Press OK
The alert will NOT disappear, only after you press OK.
If you are working with a high-viscosity vaccine and a blockage is detected, this alert will be shown.
Types of Notifications
Control Unit
The Control Unit will display a message.
Hand Unit
There will be a red light indication on the right side
What should be done?
Press OK to release the alert.
Verify the needle is not clogged.
Shutdown the device and check the injector pump
